Intent

The West Egg Group Corp. requires complete reference checks, employment and degree verification (when applicable) and criminal history searches prior to extending offers of employment. All job offers are contingent upon receipt of acceptable reports in these background checks.

If these background checks reveal that there are false statements or issues that arise from the information you have provided, either on the application or during the interview(s), consideration for employment may be discontinued. 

Examples of false statements include, but are not limited to, incorrect information about:

• Degrees received (if applicable)
• Salary history (if applicable)
• Dates of employment
• Criminal convictions

The West Egg Group uses both internal and external resources to complete these background checks. This includes consideration of publicly available information.
