We have a high-profile clientele and provide valet services at many upscale locations and events

Who you are:

• Customer service-oriented and enjoys interacting with people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and impeccable personal presentation.
• Able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests by opening their door as they arrive
• Park guests’ vehicles safely in designated parking spots
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with luggage and other needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet bay at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and other team members
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and customer service

Qualifications

• Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Assets:

• Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field
• Ability to speak additional languages

Compensation:

• Starting at minimum wage per hour plus gratuities – Varies between locations.
