As a Valet Associate at Holt Renfrew Vancouver, you will provide exceptional customer service to our high-end clientele by greeting them with a warm welcome and assisting them with their vehicles. Your key responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm welcome as they arrive at the store
  • Assist customers with parking their vehicles, ensuring they are parked in a safe and secure location
  • Provide customers with a ticket for their vehicle and retrieve their vehicle when requested
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet station at all times
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store promotions, events, and services to provide customers with accurate and helpful information
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and in accordance with store policies
  • Communicate effectively with other store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of customers’ vehicles and personal belongings

 

Mandatory minimum requirements:

  • Clean driving record
  • Class 5 drivers license

 

How you can qualify:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
